Abstract
- The article presents a case study of a 79-year-old woman with multiple papules and nodules in limbs. The patient had a history of seropositive rheumatoid arthritis for 30 years which controlled through the administration of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and antirheumatic drugs. Diffuse interstitial and granulomatous infiltration throughout the dermis was noted through histopathological examination. A diagnosis of palisaded neutrophilic granulomatous dermatitis was made.
