Abstract

The article presents a case study of 49 year old man who has a 15 year history of slight melena which occurred one or two times a year. The performing of computed tomography (CT) was made to confirm the course and localization of varices. It also use the contrast-enhanced irrigoscopy which revealed the colonic varices that results on persistent mesocolon.
