Reports on a survey by the US Federal Reserve Board showing that banks have no plans to cut loan rates once deposit insurance premiums drop. Flow of benefits of lower premiums to the bottom line; Banks' reduction of lending rates from May through July 1995 to attract large and medium-sized corporate borrowers.
