Abstract
- Acetabular fractures are frequently missed on plain view radiographs of the hip and pelvis. A high degree of clinical suspicion for an acetabular fracture should be maintained in any patient with persistent traumatic hip, pelvic, or buttock pain, and inability to ambulate. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
