Abstract: The article focuses on the U.S. Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regarding revision of information collection under delegated authority. Topics discussed include notice of public comments on information collection as a part of its effort to reduce paperwork burden and as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) of 1995, last date of the comments being May 2, 2014 and no person to be under the subject to any penalty for failing to comply with a collection of information subject.
