Editorial.

Information about the final annual conference of the Western Balkan Rural Extension Network (WBREN) TEMPUS project at the at the Faculty of Agriculture of Novi Sad University in Serbia from November 25-27, 2013 is presented. Among the topics discussed include the use of servant leadership, land consolidation, and role of green and livestock markets for rural areas. The conference featured several speakers including Fatbardh Sallaku, Harri Westermarck, and Chris Garforth.
