- The article offers information on the challenges related to the treatment of unrepresented patient, a patient for whom no one cares about his life or death. Topics discussed include doctrine of implied consent, medical decisions for unrepresented patients in the states of the U.S., health protection of patients, the U.S. health law, and American Geriatrics Society (AGS).
