Remission of Bullous Pemphigoid after Rituximab Treatment in a Psoriasis Patient on Regular Low-dose Methotrexate.

This article describes a case study of a patient with bullous pemphigoid and psoriasis who achieved long-term remission of BP after two injections of the monoclonal antibody rituximab. The patient presented with chronic plaque-type psoriasis which has been well-controlled with topical treatment and ultraviolet B phototherapy. The clinical management of the patient is detailed.
