STRONG VOICES FOR A VULNERABLE GROUP.

The article offers information on the unhealthy effects of overprescription of psychotropic drugs to the vulnerability of the foster children in the U.S. It proposes the urgent need of reform in legal policies and frameworks authorizing development of oversight committees and legal mechanism concerned for medical care and protection of children's rights of this vulnerable group of foster child.
