The article presents update on the automotive business and transport in the U.S. as of March 1924. The four principles which promise relief for drivers on county roads at night and which are suggested to be incorporated in closed car than in open car construction are outlined. The economy of using horses for short distance trucking and delivery work with many stops versus the use of commercial electric vehicles is tackled.
