Abstract

Presents a letter to the editor of the 'Journal of the National Cancer Institute,' which asserts that results of clinical trials of cancer treatments, whether positive or negative, should be made available to participants and that providing results should be considered the ethical norm. Participants' preference for getting the results from doctors, instead of other members of the research team.
