Abstract
- The article discusses a study of the impact of dynamic and static stretching on the explosive power, sprinting ability, and flexibility of boys and girls through sprint and jump performance. According to the article, dynamic stretching adversely impacts explosive power and static stretching adversely impacts both explosive power and sprinting performance.
