Accessing and absorbing European funds for agriculture represents the greatest challenge for Romanian public administration, business environment and non-governmental institutions. Making use of European funds is an opportunity to boost the economic growth of Romania, since it would mean an annual capital input equal with up to 5% of the gross domestic product.
