Abstract
- The article discusses the McAdoo v. University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill court case. It states that Michael McAdoo, student at the university, took help from his former tutor regarding footnotes in a paper. It mentions that he was found guilty of plagiarism by the university's court. It highlights that appeals court of North Carolina ruled that the plaintiff didn't suffer from a sanction which didn't allow him to play football.
