Abstract

The article presents information on a study which analyzes how a specific strength training program helps women with severe neck pain, and also analyzes the dose-response association between training adherence and pain reduction. The study included one hundred eighteen women with severe neck pain, and used the intention-to-treat analysis to examine the effectiveness of the program.
