Abstract
- The article presents a government effectiveness risk overview for Pakistan as of March 27, 2013. Topics discussed include the rise to political power of the Pakistan Muslim League and its political influence in the provinces where it is negotiating power-sharing agreements. Also mentioned are governance in tribal areas and in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the ongoing fight against insurgents belonging to the Tehrik-i-Taliban.
