Abstract
- The article discusses Great Britain's court case R (UK Recyclate Ltd and Ors) v Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and Anor which dealt with the interpretation of the European Union Waste Framework Directive concerning environmental outcomes for separate waste stream collection. It mentions the proper interpretation of Articles 10 and 11 of the directive and presents a detailed analysis of the decision of a British court on the case.
