Abstract
- Finding a job according to your qualifications and individual aspirations resembles very much the selling of a product. Every person who wants „to sell himself/herself“ must understand very well three elements: the product, the public (market) and the selling techniques. In other words, they must know what he/she can do, what the demands of the market are and to conceive a CV which will increase the chances of finding the appropriate job. Without covering the first three stages -- self-evaluation, the research of the work market and making some decisions for the achievement of the purpose -- „selling“ -- it is very difficult to achieve a career's planning.
