Abstract

The article discusses the plan of U.S. Federal Reserve agencies to adopt a more vigorous credit expansion policy and drive bank credit into more productive channels in 1932. Topics addressed include recoveries anticipated in domestic bonds, yields expected in higher-grade bonds, and American Telephone and Telegraph Co.'s funded debt. Also mentioned are bonds that are expected to benefit from credit easing such as Consolidated Gas and the railroad company Chesapeake and Ohio.
