Abstract
- The article discusses how companies can sell effectiveness systems to their employees. According to the author, effectiveness systems are worthy of being sold because they provided much of the impetus for safety laws, group insurance, employee health inspection, and shorter working weeks. The author stresses that effectiveness must be achieved and should emanate from the willingness of the workers.
