Abstract
- The author argues that a good executive does not overwork, adding that an executive who works overtime in his office is a sign of a lack of proper executive ability. The author expresses his belief that an executive who gets tangled up in actual work often forgets to plan. He thinks that executives should be expected to perform their job under normal circumstances and within normal business hours for an organization to be efficient and reliable.
