Abstract
- The article presents information on the concern over the racial skew in the National Rugby League (NRL) of Australia. Rugby league has attracted both participants and fans from the Maori, Polynesian as well as Indigenous communities but large minorities remain under-represented at the elite level. According to boxer Bronco Anthony Mundine, rugby league has not adequately embraced the wider community.
