Tomorrow's Leadership -- beyond abuse of power.

The author shares her reflections about power and its misuse. She thinks many people do not know or recognize in themselves how prone people are to taking inappropriate advantage of a position of power and to collude with those who do so when powerless. She cautions against the lure of amassing more and identifying with it particularly for those who depend upon it for their self-worth. She believes that all people have the potential to undergo an evolution or awakening.
