Identifying common monitoring tools on drugs and prison.

The article reports that several drug prevention experts from three international organizations met in Lisbon, Portugal on May 30-31, 2013 to discuss a questionnaire designed by the European Monitoring Center for Drug and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA) to gather information on drug use among the inmates of correctional facilities across Europe. It adds that these experts have also reached an agreement about the methodological specifications for the implementation of the EMCDDA questionnaire.
