Abstract: The article offers information on the public announcement of the U.S. National Council on Disability (NCD) as of September 19, 2013. It states that the NCD will establish a quarterly meeting to be held at Kansas State House in Topeka, Kansas from October 7-8, 2013. In addition, the quarterly meeting is available to be attended by public or by phone. Moreover, agenda of the meeting will include the rights of parents with disabilities, initiative on employment in Kansas, and KanCare.
