The article reports that a U.S. grand jury has indicted two former JPMorgan Chase & Co. traders in the London Whale scandal against Bruno Iksil, the trader known as the London Whale, and Julien Grout, a trader who reported to Iksil. Former Lazard Frères and Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein banker Sanjay Sanghoee suggested that to get out from the regulatory scrutiny the firm should do something drastic, like voluntarily splitting in three before regulators make some changes for it.
