Blueprint for Cooperation.

This article focuses on the research project "Greater Productivity Through Labor-Management Cooperation," by labor relations practitioner Ernest Dale, released by the American Management Association (AMA) in May 1949 . The aim of the two-year study was to find out how, why, and where employer and workers can get together to solve in-plant problems and reduce areas of friction. The study found that duration of cooperation is a major factor in success, with less failures after five years.
