Fresno Considers Terminating Equity Manager.

The article reports on the recommendation by consultant Jeffrey MacLean of Wurts & Associates to the Fresno County Employees' Retirement Association to terminate its equity mandate with Winslow Capital Management. Winslow Capital was hired by the pension trust in 2010 to manage a mandate worth 155 million dollars. MacLean also recommended to seek replacement managers. The trust is scheduled to consider the recommendation at its board meeting on August 7, 2013.
