Abstract: The article presents the outlook on Canada for 2013-17 including highlights of forecast as of August 19, 2013. Majority in parliament belong to the Conservatives which is seen to provide a stable political environment and is expected to serve its full 5-year term to 2015. The separatist party Parti Quebecois formed a minority government in the province of Quebec which maybe used to stoke tensions over federal-provincial relations. It notes a gradual decline in the general government deficit.
