Abstract

The article presents two case studies of two patients including a 24-year-old female with menorrhagia and a 13-year-old female with bruising. It informs that the first patient was diagnosed with non-severe aplastic anaemia with skin pigmentation and was given a danazol dose leading to stable blood count and normal biochemistry. It states that the second patient was diagnosed with heterozygous telomerase RNA (TERC) mutation and was given danazol which showed good haematological response.
