Abstract

The article discusses a study on pegylated liposomal doxorubicin (PLD) treatment for Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) patients relapsing after stem cell transplation and high dose therapy. It informs that the study included mediastinal radiation therapy, supra-diaphragmatic radiotherapy, and standard chemotherapy regimens. The study found that patients can be treated for long periods with low-toxicity monotherapy such as vinblastine, brentuximab vedotin, and panobinostat.
