LBBB: State-of-the-Art Criteria.

The article comments on the diagnosis of Left Bundle Branch Block (LBBB) using different techniques. The authors acknowledge the correct diagnosis of LBBB using electrocardiography (ECG) after 40 years but warn that the procedure may be accompanied by some errors as high as 30 percent of cases. Some studies are cited to show the effectiveness of intracardiac mapping techniques in the diagnosis of LBBB.
