Abstract

The article discusses the several arms control agreements, conventions, and arrangements that were concluded by the international community concerning non-nuclear weapons as of July 2013. Among such are the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe Treaty (CFE) and the Open Skies Treaty. It claims that the CFE mainly covered such countries as Armenia, Kazakhstan and Moldova.
