Abstract
- The author reflects on the 20-year lease agreement between raw land developer Cadiz Inc. and Limoneira Co., a lemon producer, for the development of new lemon orchards in San Bernardino County, California. The author states that the agreement permits Limoneira to plant up to 1280 acres at the ranch of Cadiz, which will also provide the water supply. He mentions that becoming more active in the water market of California is what the agreement shows of Limoneira.
