Abstract
- The article discusses the highlights of the American Bar Association Young (ABA) Lawyers Division's (YLD) Next Steps Challenge program held at the association's 2013 Spring Conference in Minneapolis, Minnesota in May 2013. The program was created with the aim of increasing the diversity in the pipeline to the legal profession and in response to a two-year ABA Presidential Initiative that examined diversity in the legal profession.
