An interview with Thomas J. Watson, Jr., chairman of technology company International Business Machines (IBM), is presented. Watson revealed how he had been able to change IBM drastically and yet keep the essential spirit it had when it was a small company. He also talked about how important planning is at his company and using the management skills of companies like IBM to assist solve social problems like poverty.
