Abstract

The article discusses the results of the report published by NFER on the survey of teachers on the subject on subject of school exclusions in Great Britain. It states the striking quality in teachers' awareness and understanding of good and legal practice related to exclusions. It cites the teachers sense of failure and guilt when pupils at schools were excluded. It also mentions the need to raise awareness to avoid children becoming disadvantage by unfair practices.
