The article focuses on the issue of housing crisis for persons with disability in the U.S. "Priced Out in 2012" is a biennial national rental housing study prepared by the Terchnical Assistance Collaborative, Consortium for Citizen with Disabilities (CCD) and the Housing Task Force which compared the monthly rental payment for non elderly with disabilities by Social Security Supplemental Security Income (SSI) across the country.
