In the paper the author reviews basic tendencies of the global and national trade union movement and the influence of these trends on social partnership principles implementation and the trade unions adaptability to permanent changes in socioeconomic field. The author analyses foreign trade unions operational experience, detects development of the level of national trade-unionism and its place and role in European integration and globalization processes.
