Abstract
- The article presents a case study of the Essar Group's expansion in 25 countries worldwide that established fragmented and diversified workforce. It notes that the group has implemented a unified communications solution to strengthen the integration of the geographically dispersed teams leading to quicker decision makings while lessening the travel costs. It points out that this results in a feasible centralization of information infrastructure.
