Abstract
- The article discusses the realistic theory of entrepreneurship. It suggests that the future of freedom of enterprise is dependent on the action of enterprisers contributing to industrial serviceability and economic stability. The article presents a comparison between psychologists and economic theorists in exploring the dynamics of the creative process and economic concepts. It is suggested that psychologists have gone much further than the economic theorists in exploring the dynamics of the creative process, but their concepts should be used along with economic concepts for a full exploration of this challenging and extremely elusive field. It seems obvious, for example, that, if we are to understand entrepreneurial decisions, we need to know more about the motivations and drives of innovating entrepreneurs. We also need to understand the influence of the "top-management group" on decisions. Decisions today are seldom made by one man. They are increasingly "talked out" by a group. There is almost always a group leader, but his followers also play a vital role in decision making.
