Abstract
- The article presents information on David Altshuler, senior vice president of Meketa Investment Group, who won the Consultant of the Year award in the Money Management Intelligence's 12th Annual Public Pension Plan Awards For Excellence. Altshuler was in spotlight in 2012 for helping California Public Employees Retirement System to take the lead in the area of U.S. public pension fund infrastructure investing.
