The Practice and Discovery on Independent Colleges' Scientific Research Management System.

There are 322 Independent colleges with 3 million in total. Over the past ten-odd years, Independent college enjoys a rapid development under the support of central and local government. Independent college has shifted from the first phase to the second phase, which aims at creating features and enhances levels. With the increase of the scientific research program, funds and the achievements of its system has deepened dramatically. It is the trend of the time to make good use of the modern computer skills to raise the level of scientific research management, in order to back up the scientific research centers to do the statistics, analyze and manage as well as make decisions in college. This article describe the different Modular and functions of the scientific management systems via introducing the necessity of establishing the scientific research management systems, so as to provide ideas for using and redeveloping the systems in college.
