Abstract

The author discusses change management in hierarchical organizations, arguing that there are predictable trends in the perspectives of executives, employees, and supervisors regarding change initiatives. She suggests that change intelligence can be implemented to optimize change acceptance by adapting the leadership styles of professionals who lead emotionally, behaviorally, and cognitively.
