- The article shows the benefits, setbacks, and tips on recommending a friend or relative for a job. Benefits of recommending a person for the job include boosting influence into a company, improve business performance, and creating good karma for employment. The setbacks of recommending a job to a person include credibility being weakened, and decline in connections between a recruiter and his or her relative or friend.
