Abstract
- The article discusses an award given by the journal for the best paper on the subject of Information Technology in 2012, on the subject of governance of global Information Technology (IT) projects from a dynamic control perspective. The winning article presents an analysis of how Customer Relationship Management (CRM) can be made dynamic through the use of mobile telephones.
