Abstract
- Presents a study that investigated the absence of major defects in non-homologous DNA end joining (NHEJ) in human breast cancer cell lines. Main pathways that exist in eukaryotic cells to repair DNA double-strand breaks; In vitro NHEJ accuracy of repair for the pSP65-BP substrate; Western blot analysis of the cell-free extracts for the major proteins involved in the NHEJ process.
