Abstract: The article focuses on public notices from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). It says that the Director of the Office of Ecosystem Protection, EPA Region 1 (EPA) has issued a Notice of Availability of a draft, National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permiting the establishment of Notice of Intent (NOI) requirements. EPA also entered into a settlement with 34 parties concerning the Circle Environmental #1 and #2 Superfund Site in Dawson, Terrell County, Georgia.
