The article reports on Jim Neil who is the new Sheriff of Hamilton County, Ohio, after defeating Sean Donovan, who was hand-picked by retiring sheriff Simon Leis. Neil is a cautious, low-key fellow, who has already vowed to get rid of the armored vehicle which Leis, an ex-Marine, loved to flaunt and ordered an audit of the Sheriff's Office which will scrutinize the lame duck period between the election and Neil's swearing. He has already mentioned that he is a supporter of the second amendment.
