Abstract

The article reports that according to menu research company Datassential, yogurt is the fastest-growing item at breakfast in the U.S. The company has found that yogurt is served with granola and fruit on most occasions. Greek yogurt is strained of its whey, has more proteins and is more flavorful than regular yogurt.
